ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon Defendants' Motion to
Compel, and the court having heard argument of counsel for the
respective parties, and being further advised in the premises, and
upon consideration thereof, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion to Compel
items requested by their request to produce filed July 7, 1980 is
moot. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion to Compel
items requested by their request to produce filed August 5, 1980
is hereby granted, and Plaintiff shall have twenty days from the
date of this order in which to comply with that request to produce.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie
County, Florida this day of December, 1980.
