NOTICE OF INTERLOCUTORY APPEAL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, INC.,
a foreign corporation, appeals to the District Court of Appeal,
Fourth District of Florida, the Non-Final Order of this Court
dated November 4, 1980, and entitled Order on Plastic Industries,
Incas Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Crossclaim of Halsey &
Griffith, Inc.
The nature of the Order is a Non-Final Order denying
PLASTIC INDUSTRIES, INC.'S Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Cross-
claim of HALSEY & GRIFFITH, INC. All parties are called upon to
take notice of this appeal.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true copy of the foregoing-has
