IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGORS
HEREIN COVEIJANT AND AGREE THAT: - i
(1)The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 15 days of the due
herein, the payments called for in the first mortgage now
encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its office
or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2)The MORTGAGORS herein shall make at the request of the MORTGAGEE
herein, acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage
and the amount still due hereunder, on an estoppel form provided
for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(3)This is a second mortgage junior and subordinate only to that
certain first mortgage due to Citizens Federal S&L Association
of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
