The Petition of RUTH JONES, for appointing of
Guardian of the person and of the property of VINCIENT H.
JONES, coming on this day to be heard; and it appearing to
the Court that the abovenamed person is incompetent because
of mental disability, owns or will own property in this state,
is unable to provide for himself, and that it is necessary
for a guardian to be appointed; and the Court having juris-
diction and being fully advised; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that RUTH JONES is appointed
as Guardian of the person and of the property of VINCIENT
H. JONES, incompetent because of mental disability; it is
