LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. PROBATE DIVISION FILE NO. 78-407 PETITION FOR DISCHARGE COMES NOW, BRAD CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Property of JOHN YEARSLEY, Incompetent, now deceased, and petitions this Court as follows: 1. That the aforesaid Guardian of the Property of the deceased Incompetent has completely administered the Guardianship Estate of said decedent and to the knowledge of said Guardian, all bills have been paid and all other matters requiring the attention of the Guardian have been disposed of. 2. That the Guardian of the Property has filed an Amended Final Accounting with this Court and does hereby file the Petition For Discharge. 3. That subsequent to the filing of the Final Accounting that the Guardian of the Property did discover previously unknown assets of the deceased Incompetent and in so doing has benefited the Guardian- ship Estate. 4. That said previously unknown assets are reflected in the Amended Final Accounting previously filed with this Court. 5. That the Guardian of the Property has previously re- ceived a fee which was much smaller than would normally be awarded to a Guardian for the work performed in such a case, due to the fact that the monies in the Guardianship Estate were needed to pay the just o~ 3Ny ~ 909 -1-
