the expenses~he received reimbursement for represented only a partial
reimbursement due to the same set of circumstances and that now that
additional monies have been discovered the Guardian of the Property
is entitled to obtain additional fees to compensate him for his ser-
vices to the Guardianship Estate and is further entitled to a fee
based upon his discovery of the previously unknown assets.
6. That the attorney for the Guardianship is also entitled
to an additional fee since his fee was based upon the same set of
circumstances as that of the Guardian of the Property.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner prays for this Court to enter
an Order Discharging the Petitioner as Guardian of the Property of
the deceased Incompetent and awarding a reasonable fee to the Guardian
and a reasonable attorneys fee to the attorney for the Guardian and to
also award reimbursement for reasonable expenses to both said Guardian
and attorney and for such other r
equitable and proper.
