PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
COMES NOW, JOSEPHINE BASS MORGAN, and moves this Court for
an Order Discharging her as Guardian of the person of JOHN YEARSLEY,
Incompetent, Deceased, and awarding her a reasonable fee for her
services as Guardian of the person, and alleges:
1. That the Petitioner has served as Guardian of the person
of the aforesaid deceased incompetent from the beginning of the Guardian-
ship until the time of his death.
2. That the Petitioner is entitled to a reasonable fee for
her services as Guardian of the person of said decedent.
3. That the Petitioner has also not received reimbursement
for expenses which she was forced to expend on behalf of the decedent.
4. That the Petitioner has faithfully performed the duties
of Guardian of the person and is entitled to be discharged.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays for this Court to enter an Order
Discharging the Petitioner as Guardian of the person of the aforesaid
decedent and awarding to the Petitioner a reasonable fee for her ser-
vices as Guardian of the person of the aforesaid decedent together
with reasonable reimbursement for her expenses.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY I DO STATE THAT-THE FOREGOING IS TRUE
TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF ON THIS DECEMBER 3,1980.
