~; This agreement made and entered into this ~g day of November,

1980, by and between MILDRED BIANCO individually and as personal represen- ~
tative of the estate of Paul Bianco, deceased and CHARLES E. RAFFE and
'' STEVE DiSUNNO as Trustees in the trust created in the Last Will and Testament
of Paul Bianco.
Whereas the above decedent died on March 21, 1977 and his Will has been
admitted to Probate and where it said will provided for the division of the

property of decedent equally between-MILDRED BIANCO and the trust created ~
in said Will of which the undersigned CHARLES E. RAFFE and STEVE DiSUNNO
are the trustees and whereas the parties have agreed upon an equal division
of said property now therefore, it is agreed by and between the parties
f
that the division of said property in accordance with the petition for dis-

charge attached hereto and made a part hereof is agreed to by the undersigned.
