I~ HAROLD T. CASTERTON,2601 Cortez Boulevard, Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory
life, do therefore, make, ordain, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament as follows, hereby revoking all other
and former wills by me at any time made.
FIRST: After all my lee~al and lawful debts are paid by
my Executor hereinafter named, I give,_ bequeath and devise, my
entire estate, real, personal and mixed, whereaver situated or placed,
equally to CURTIS M. JAMES, South 26th Street, Fort Pierce, St.
Lucie County, Florida and BRUCE THOMAS CUTHBERT, 2610 Corrine Street,
Tampa, Florida, share and share alike, per capita and not per sturpies,
or the survivor of them. -
SECOND: I nominate, constitute and appoint CURTIS M.
JAMES, South 26th Street, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and I request
that he be allowed to serve without any bond or security required
of him.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name
and affixed my seal this day of June, in the yeard of our
Lord, one thousand nine hundred and seventy two.
