FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, expenses of my last illness, and costs of administering ,, ; my estate, be paid as soon as practicable after my death. SECOND: I give and bequeath unto my wife, MARTHA R. STOUDT, the home and real property located at 6301 Lilyan Parkway, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, including all the furniture, furnishings, personal property and contents therein, together with the automobile which.I own at the time of my death, provided she survives me for thirty (30) days. THIRD: In the event my wife, MARTHA R. STOUDT, does not survive me for thirty (30) days or in the event she shall have predeceased me, then I give and bequeath the home and real property described above, including all the furniture, furnishings, personal property and contents therein, together with the automobile which I own at the time of my death, unto my wife's daughter, SUSANNE RASNAKE, 1919 South 35th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, absolutely and in fee simple, per stirpes. FOURTH: I direct my personal representative hereinafter named to divide all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and distribute one-half (1/2) thereof unto my wife, MARTHA R. STOUDT, and distribute the remaining one-half (1/2) as follows: (a) Ten percent (10%) to CAL FARLEY'S BOY'S RANCH, Post Office Box 1890, Amarillo, Texas 79174, in memory of my late wife, Margaret M.
