(b) Ten percent (10%) to the ROBERT P. AND CLARA I. MILTON
HOME, INC., 206 East Marion Street, South Bend, Indiana 46601, as a
memorial to my mother, Martha E. Stoudt;
(c) Forty percent (40%) to my cousin, ELIZABETH HUMPHREY
BROWN, Post Office Box 482, Marsh Harbor, Abaco .Bahama Island,
provided she survives me. In the event she does not survive me
for thirty (30) days, then I give and bequeath said bequest unto
my wife's daughter, SUSANNE RASNAKE, absolutely and in fee simple,
per stirpes;
(d) Forty percent (40%) to my late wife's nephew,
BONFORD R. TALBERT II, 34 Glenn View Terrace, Tiffin, Ohio 44883,
provided he survives me. In the event he does not survive me for
.thirty (30) days, then I give and bequeath said bequest unto his
son, BONFORD R. TALBERT III, provided he survives me. And in the
event he does not survive me for thirty (30) days] then I give and
bequeath said forty percent (40%) bequest unto my wife's daughter,
SUSANNE RASNAKE, absolutely and in fee simple, per stirpes.
FIFTH: In the event my wife, MARTHA R. STOUDT, does not
survive me for thirty (30) days or in the event she shall have
predeceased me, then I give, devise and bequeath her said one-half
(1/2) share set forth in Paragraph Fourth above as follows:
(a) Fifty percent (50%) of said one-half share to my
wife's daughter, SUSANNE RASNAKE, absolutely and in fee simple,
per stirpes;
(b) Twenty-five percent (25%) of said one-half share to
my wife's grandson, DWIGHT D. DENMON, absolutely and in fee simple,
per stirpes;
(c) Twenty-five percent (25%) of said one-half share to
my wife's granddaughter, CECELIA MARTHA DENMON, absolutely and in
fee simple, per stirpes.
SIXTH: I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, MARTHA R.
STOUDT, as personal representative of this, my Last Will and
Testament, and I expressly confer upon her power as such personal
