I, CLARENCE W. BURKE, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codi-
cils heretofore made by me.
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
II.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
both real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned or -
hereafter acquired by me, I devise as follows:
A. TEN PERCENT (1096) thereof, to the LAKEWOOD
PARK UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, or its successor,
5405 Turnpike Feeder Road, Fort Pierce, Florida;
B. SIXTY PERCENT (6096) thereof, to FOLLY BREWER
ARTHUR, Route 1, Box 482, Fort Pierce, Florida,
should she survive me;
C . TEN PERCENT (1096) thereof , to DOREEN GARY ,
5505 Wintergarden Parkway, Lakewood Park, Fort
Pierce, Florida, should she survive me;
D. TEN PERCENT (1096) thereof, to DOROTHY M.
CARR, 2302 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce,
Florida, should she survive me;
E. TEN PERCENT (1096) thereof, to ALLEN SAXE,
Whispering Creek Village, Fort Pierce, Florida,
should he survive me.
Should any of the last four above mentioned individuals
predecease me, his or her share shall drop out, thereby increasing
the shares of the survivors proportionately.
III.
I appoint FOLLY BREWER ARTHUR as personal representative
