1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as a
son of the decedent and as a residual beneficiary to the extent

2. Decedent, HELEN C. KELLY, whose last known address

was 657 North Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, whose
age was 91 years, and whose Social Security Number was
094-18-9059, died on November 9, 1980, at Fort Pierce, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this Estate and of .the decedent's surviving spouse, if any,
their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:
