I, HELEN C. KELLY, of Fort pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, pub--
lish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby re-
yoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made.
FIRST
It is my will and I direct that my body be buried in a manner
suitable to my circumstances in life.
SECOND
It is my will and I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my estate.-
THIRD
I hereby give, devise and bequeath any trailer I own at the
time of my demise, and the contents therein to my son, ALFRED L.
KELLY.and MILDRED W. KELLY, his wife, or the survivor of them.
FOURTH
I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, of whatever Location or description, both
real and personal, of which I die possessed, or over which I have
power of disposition, or any .interest whatsoever, in equal shares
unto my four sons, ALFRED L. KELLY, GERALD L. KELLY, LENARD C.
(KELLY and HOWARD H. KELLY, share and share alike, per stirpes.
FIFTH
I hereby nominate and appoint my son, ALFRED L. KELLY, to act
~as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve without
I~bond, giving and granting unto said Executor the right to sell, wit'
~or without the Order of any Court, and at public or private sale.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and
