DEFAULT JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Motion for
Sanctions filed by Defendant, JOHNSON CHRYSLER-PLYMOUTH, INC.,
and the Court having heard the argument of counsel for Defen-
dant, JOHNSON CHRYSLER-PLYMOUTH, INC., and the counsel for
Plaintiff having failed to appear for the hearing, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a judgment by default is
entered against the Plaintiff, LLOYD WRIGHT, and in favor of
Defendant, JOHNSON CHRYSLER-PLYMOUTH, INC., on Count IV of
the Plaintiff's Second Anended Complaint, pursuant to Rules
1.380(b)(2)(C) and 1.380(d), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
