ASSOCIATION, INC.. a non•proflt corporation of the State of Flor[da, wh[ch
aas been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORA-
TION, LA KEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CiORPORATION, and LAKE UVDR IO
CORPORATION. said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 20x5 in the offit;e of the Cierk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot; block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision. for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 294

3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release. satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
