PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

THIS INDENTURE, executed the-~_ day of ~ , 1980, between
PAUL S. DECKER, as Personal Representative of the Estate of ALICE H. DECKER,
Deceased, party of the first party and PAUL S. DECKER, party of the second part,
whose address is 15 Caroline Avenue, Caribou, Maine 04736;

The party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the se pond part,
his heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as:
Lot 11, Block 26, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT 4, as per Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 2, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenantto and with the party of the
second party, his heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in
and about this conveyance the laws of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of ALICE H. DECKER, Deceased, has set his hand and seal on the day
