calls for payment theretmder in addition to principal and interest
for "esc~' for taxes and insurance, the maker hereof shall in addition
to payments otherwise due under this Note and the Mortgage secured
hereby, remit to payee the aao~mt of 3uch~escrvw payment in accordance
with the installment basis required by Citizens Federal and payee here-
under shall pay said funds to Citizens Federal. Maker acknowledges
that the amount of such escrow payment may be increased or decreased
by Citizens Federal and maker shall pay to payee the ancxmt of such
escrow payment as may be set by Citizens Federal fran time to brae.
