following reservation:
SAVING AND RESERVING unto the Federal Land Bank of Columbia its successors
and assigns, the right at any time to enter upon the said lands and make or
cause to be made and constructed thereon such canals, cuts, sluice-ways,
dikes and other work as may in the judgement of the Federal Land Bank of
Columbia, or its successors and assigns, be necessary and needful for the
drainage of property located East of Interstate Highway 95 under mortgage
to the Federal Land Bank of Columbia, or its successors and assigns, and
to take from the said lands hereby released and to use such gravel, stone
or earth as may, in the judgement of the Federal Land Bank of Columbia, or
its successors and assigns, be necessary to use in the making and construction
of said canals, cuts, sluice-ways, dikes and other works upon said lands for
the purposes aforesaid.
The location of said canal, cut, sluice-way, dikes and other work shall run
from the Interstate Highway 95 culverts through to Canal C-24 via:
1. The Easterly 100 feet of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 39 East.
2. The Easterly 125 feet of Section 27, Township 36 South, Range 39 East.
3. The Easterly 150 feet of Section 34, Township 36 South, Range
39 East, lying North of I-95 R.O.W. and a 100 feet wide strip
parallel to and West of I-95 R.O.W.
4. The South 150 feet of the North ~ of the Easterly 1,700 feet of
Section 34, Township 36 South, Range 39 East.
5. A 150~feet wide strip parallel to and Northwesterly of a line
beginning at the Southwesterly extremity of (4) above and running
Southwesterly 700 feet more or less where it intersects the center-
line of said canal; thence continuing southwesterly along the center-
line of said canal for 2,000 feet more or less where the canal is
between two citrus groves; then continue Southwesterly between the
said two citrus groves for 1,200 feet more or less to the Right-of-
Way of Canal C-24. Where less than 150 feet exists between the
two groves the easement shall be from the outside toe of dike of one
grove to the other.
So long as said canal, sluice-way, dikes, or other work has not yet been
constructed, said location of said canal, cut, sluice-way, dikes and other
r+ork may be changed to another location on the property that would be agreeable
to the Federal Land Bank of Columbia, or its successors and assigns.
