WARRANTY DEED

THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the day of
December 1980, by PEAC OCK FRUIT AND CATTLE CORPORA ION, a ~~C
Florida corporation, having its principal place of business at
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor, to
CALLAWAY LAND & CATTLE CO., INC., a Florida corporation,
whose post office address is:
P. O. Box 3928 - Vero Beach, FL 32960
hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Whenever used herein the term "grantor" and "grantee"
shall include all the parties to this instrument, and
the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals,
and the successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Begin at a concrete monument at the Northeast corner of
Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida; thence run N 89°45'56" W, along the ~lorth
line of said Section 22, a distance of 100.00 feet, to
the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run S 00°30'04" W, parallel
with the East line of said Section 22, a distance of 5,303.15
feet, to the South line of said Section 22 and the North
line of Section 27, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida; thence run N 89°54'07" W, along
the common line between said Sections 22 and 27, a distance
of 25.00 feet; thence run S 00°11'38" E, parallel with
the East line of said Section 27, a distance of 5,306.57
feet, to the South line of said Section 27 and the North
line of Section 34, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida; thence run S 89°47'59" W, along
the common line between said Sections 27 and 34, a distance
of 25.00 feet; thence run S 00°35'25" E, parallel with
the East line of said Section 34, a distance of 2,653.08
feet; thence run S 12°25'58" W, a distance of 417.24 feet;
thence run S 19°28'24" W, a distance of 790.04 feet; thence
run S 40°32'32" E, a distance of 168.07 feet; thence run

of Curvature of a curve concave to the northwest; thence
run southwesterly, along the said curve, having a radius
