along the said Northeasterly right of way line of South
Florida Water Management District Canal No. C-24, a distance
of 173.81 feet; thence run N 46°44'29" E, a distance of
1,261.19 feet; thence run N 43°08'47" W, a distance of 5,082.03
feet; thence run N 43°34'15" W, a distance of 4,680.13 feet,
to the Southeasterly line of the Florida Power and Light
Company right of way; thence run N 44°45'52" E, along the
said Southeasterly line of the Florida Power and Light Company
right of way, a distance of 6,645.44 feet; thence run S
00°05'59" E, along the said Southeasterly line of the Florida
Power and Light Company right of way, a distance of 212.64
feet; thence run N 44°45'52" E, along the said Southeasterly
line of the Florida Power and Light Company right of way,
a distance of 2,299.33 feet, to the said North line of Section
22; thence run S 89°23'33" E, along the said North line
of Section 22, a distance of 1,617.87 feet; thence run S
89°45'56" E, along the said North line of Section 22, a
distance of 2,592.79 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, all
lying and being in Sections 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 33, and
34, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, and containing 2,295.4897 acres, more or less.
TOGETHER WITH the non-exclusive right to use and to
maintain existing roadways and irrigation ditches
and the right to construct, maintain and use additional
roadways and ditches upon the right of way owned in
fee simple by Florida Power and Light Company, reserved
to grantor, its successors and assigns, by deed recorded
in O. R. Book 220, page 455 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, which right of way constitutes
the northwesterly boundary of the real property
hereby conveyed.
SUBJECT TO:
1. The reservation of The Federal Land Bank of Columbia
for canals, cuts, sluice-ways, and access therefor
contained in that certain partial release of lien
dated September 23, 1980, retained by virtue of
its mortgage from grantor recorded in O. R. Book 254,
page 1016, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. Permit to Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph
Co. recorded in O. R. Book 333 at page 1377 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH the terms and conditions,
reservations and easements reserved or created by the
right of way deed to the trustees of the properties of
the Florida East Coast Railway Company in Deed Book 125,
page 399, as affected by partial release at Deed Book
125, page 403, and by right of way deed in Deed Book 122
at page 333, all as per the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
