assigns of the parties hereto. Each and all of the terms and
provisions hereof shall extend to and be apart of any renewal
or extension of this mortgage. In the event that there is more
than one mortgagor, then, at the option of Mortgagee, any act
or action by, on behalf of or against either mortgagor, shall
have the same effect as though by, on behalf of or against all
mortgagors. -
This Mortgage and Security Agreement and the note secured hereby
constitute a Florida contract and shall be construed according to
the laws of the State of Florida.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY SECOND MORTGAGE.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Mortgagor has executed these presents
