RELEASE OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, for and in consideration of the sum
of Fifty-Eight and 10/100 Dollars ($58.10), the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby releases the property hereinafter
described owned by DAVID A. FRIr,O and MARLENE J. FRIGO, his wife,
from a certain lien dated the 31st day of July, 1978, in the
amount of Thirty-Five and no/100 Dollars filed in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
0. R. Book 293, Page 264, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, as assigned to the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida, as
per Assignment of Lien Rights recorded in 0. R. Book 342, Page
1272, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, due for unpaid
assessments on said property; and hereby declares said lien fully
satisfied. Said property is described as follows: _
Lot 5, Block 3230, FLORESTA PINES UNIT II,
according to the plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 16, Page 37, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE has caused
these presents to be executed in its name, and it seal to be here-
unto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, the
day of 19 80 .
