WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ll~l
D~L:.ARS (#10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid
by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to said Grantee, its heirs and assigns Forever, the following describ-
ed real property, located and situate in the County of St. Lucie, and State of
Florida, to wit:
Condominium Parcel No. 4200-B, of SEASCAPE I, a Condominium, according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 338,
at Page to33, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
This conveyance is sub3ect to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other
matters of record; however, this reference shall not operate to reimpose any of
`.he same.
3. Tt,e Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc., a Florida
non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents run with the land.
The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's
Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming by,
through or under Grantor; and will defend same against the lawful claims of
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor.
IN i~TITNESS NHEREOF, Hutchinson Island Limited, Inc., has caused this Deed to be
executed by its Vice President and its corporate seal affixed hereto pursuant
