to the centerline of said vacated alley; thence run north-
easterly, along the centerline of said vacated alley, a
distance of 132.0 feet, more or less, to the point- of int'1°r-
section of said centerline with the easterly extension of the
North line of said Lot 1; thence run westerly, along said
easterly extension and said North line, a distance of 158.15
