BROOKS, his wife, hereinafter referred to as the Grantors, to CHARLES E. FLYNN and GAIL FLYNN, HIS WIFE whose Post Office address is 3048 Sunrive B1vd.,Ft.Pierce, F1a.33450 herein- after referred to as the Grantee: WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, all that certain land situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as~follows: That part of Lots 1 and 2 and the West -"~• one-half of the vacated alley adjoining said lots on the East, in Block 1 of GOLFVIETd SUBDIVISION, Plat Book 6, page 36, of the public records of St. Lucie =-:, County, Florida, described as follows: From the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, - ~ run thence Southwesterly, along the East '~~ right-of-way line of Sunrise Boulevard, _`~~ a distance of 70.0 feet; thence run Easterly, at an angle of 90 degrees to said East right-of-way line of Sunrise ".~ Boulevard, a distance of 145.5 feet, more or less, to the centerline of said vacated alley; thence run Northeasterly, " along the centerline of said vacated alley, -~ a distance of 132.0 feet, more or less, to '~' ~ the point of intersection of said center- ~__`_` line with the Easterly extension of the North line of said Lot 1; thence run `~'/ -~ Westerly, along said Easterly extension and said North line, a distance of 158.15 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 and the point of beginning.
