receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over, and be these presents does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer

thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 15, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money due and

To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the second part, its heirs, succes-
sors and assigns forever.
