ISLE UNIT NO. 1, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 62 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, legally
described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1;
thence proceed Northerly along the East line of
said lot a distance of 133.23 feet to the Northeast
corner of said lot; thence proceed Westerly along
the North line of said lot a distance of 100 feet
to a point; thence proceed Southerly along a line
parallel to the East line of said lot a distance
of 133.23 feet to a point on the South line of
said lot-; thence proceed Easterly along said South
line of said lot a distance of 100 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
