Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared James W. Morgan,
who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that:
1. He and his wife, Marion F. Morgan, were the owners of the
following described property to wit:
Lot 16, Block 153, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TWENTY-SEVEN,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
14, pages S and 5A through SI, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. He and the said Marion F. Morgan were married prior to May 1, 1973,
and said marriage continued without interruption to the date ,hereof.
