were the grantees in the certain warranty deed of conveyance to Peter J.

and recorded in Deed Book 257 p~_ae din the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, wherein the above described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she was married
to the said Peter J= P~_lminteri and that said marital relationship con-
tinned without interruption until the death of the said Peter J. Palminteri.
