after its due date. Buyer agrees to pay late charge of 59(j of

regular installment. Buyer also agrees to pay any court costs

under this contract or such 4rger amount as may be reasonable
and just if this contract is referred to an attorney. If any install-
ment on this Note is not paid when due, the entire amount un-
paid hereon shall become due and payable forthwith at the
election of the Holder of this Note.
The makers and endorsee of this Note hereby severely waive
preseetrrtent, demand, protest and notice of dishonor.
Shoukd balance be pnspaid in full prior to maturity date, a refund
or the unearned portion of the FINANCE CHARGE will be cal-
culated by the "Rub of 78.5 "method after first deducting an
acquisition charge of j25.00.
As sawrity for the payment and performance of Buyers obNgs•
lions under this contract Buyer shall exewte and deliver to
Contractor a Real Estate Mar on the Properly Improved.

TRACT IN BLANK. (B) YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A COP1f
OF THE CONTRACT AT THE TIME YOU SIGN. KEEP IT
TO PROTECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. (C) ANY HOLDER
OF THIS CONSUMER CREDIT CONTRACT IS SUBJECT
TO All CWMS AND DEFENSES WHICH THE DEBTOR
COULD ASSERT AGAINST THE SELLER OF GOODS OR
SERVICES 08TAINED PURSUANT HERETO OR WITH
