The North 250 feet of the following-described property, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 23 chains and 24 links South of the North-
west corner of Lot 1, Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 41
West, thence run South 6 chains and 4 links, thence East to
Indian River, thence Northerly along the River to a point 6 chains
and 4 links North of the line just run on the South, thence West
to the West boundary of said Lot 1, and point of beginning, the
same being the North 250 feet of Lot 4 of Ranson's subdivision,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, at page 198, and
also being known as Lot 4 of Hal S. Thomas re-subdivision of
Lots 1,2,3, and 4 of Ransom's subdivision, as per plat of said
re-subdivision on file in Plat Book 1, at Page 206, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with riparian
rights, less that portion West of the Florida East Coast Railroad
right of way.
Excepting therefrom all rights of way for Florida East Coast
Railway and for public roads.
