BROWN, Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of DANIEL C. SCOTT, SR., deceased, parties of the first part; and DONALD W. RYAN, whose mailing address is Depot Road, Townshend, Vermont 05353, party of the second part; WITNESSETH, that said parties of the first part, pursuant to the power of sale contained in the decedent's Last Will and Testament and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm to the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as: Begin at the South 1/4 corner of Section 28, Town- ship 34 South, Range 40 East, run thence North along the 1/4 Section line 363.9 feet to a point; thence run East 120.4 feet for Point of Beginning; from the Point of Beginning, run Northwesterly along the East right-of-way line of State Road No. 4, 126.9 feet; thence North 80°41' East, 539.3 feet; thence South 208.3 feet; thence West 484.0 feet'to the Point of Beginning. LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM right of way for Public Roads. SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, easements and covenants of record. TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
