AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUITY OF AlARRIAGE

COUNTY OF BROWARD
BEFORE lrlE, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared ROSE GARREAU, who having been first duly sworn,
on oath, deposes and says:
1. That Affiant is the fee simple owner of the fol-
lowing described property:
Lot 19 Block 1557 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTIOy 30, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 14 Page 10, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That at the time title to the above described
property was acquired Ly ~-:arranty Deed dated lurch 21, 1977,
and filed for record on flay 5, 1977, in Official Records
Book 267, at Page 2088, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, Affiant was married to GUSTAVE P. GARREAU
and remained continuously married without interruption of
divorce or otherwise until the date of his death on
July 31, 1979.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
