HomeMy WebLinkAbout1270~tj95'79 IN RE: The Marriage of: TONY MARCO, and Petitioner/Husband, FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE MURIEL MARCO, Respondent/Wife. / THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has jurisdiction of the subject matter, it is: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties. 2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, TONY MARCO and Respondent, MURIEL MARCO are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken. 3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the parties, introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's Exhibit ~1, was executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is for the best interest of the parties and is hereby approved and incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the parties are hereby ordered to comply with same. 4. The personal property of the marriage shall be divides between the parties as set forth in the Property Settlement Agree- ment marked as Petitioner's Exhibit ~1. 5. Restraining Order- Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoy- ing the other. 6. Jurisdiction- Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper. GUY A.
