THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has
jurisdiction of the subject matter, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner,
MICHELLE PETERSEt7 and Respondent, CLIFFORD C. PETERSEN are
dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken.
3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the
parties, introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's
Exhibit #1, taas executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is
for the best interest of the parties and is hereby approved and
incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the parties
are hereby ordered to comply with same.
4. The real and personal property of the marriage shall
be divided between the parties as set forth in the Property
Settlement Agreement marked as Petitioner's Exhibit ~1.
S. Restraining Order- Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoyi
the other.
6. Jurisdiction- Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
