THE ADOPTION OF
PETER MICHAEL HENSON
FINAL JUDGMENT IN ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard on December 5, 1980 upon the
Petition for Adoption filed~in this cause, the consent of the
natural mother of the male infant, the report of the investiga-
tion and recommendation of the Department of Health and Rehabilita-
tive Services, Social and Economic Services, filed herein, and it
appearing to the Court that proper notice of the hearing had been
given to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services of
the State of Florida and that the Petitioners are fit and proper
persons to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted, and that the
best interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption and
that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, Thomas
Howard Henson and Rose Lee Henson, husband and wife, and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The minor child named in the Petition is declared
to be the legal child of THOMAS HOWARD HENSON and ROSE LEE HENSON,
husband and wife, and is given the name of PETER MICHAEL HENSON by
which name he shall hereafter be known.
2. This child shall be the child and legal heir of the
i Petitioners, THOMAS HOWARD HENSON and ROSE LEE HENSON, husband and

s wife, entitled to all the rights and privileges, and subject to all
the obligations of a child born to the Petitioners in lawful wedlock.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida is 5th day of December, 1980.
