IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between
counsel of record herein that the-trial of this case be continued
from its present trial date of December 9, 1980 at 9:00 A.M. on
the grounds that Mark Orr, Esq., Attorney for Wife, has a jury trial
the week of December 9, 1980.
In addition, the undersigned attorney for the Husband,
recently took over the handling of this matter from the previous
attorney, who is no longer with the undersigned law firm, and his
schedule is such that it will not be possible to adequately prepare
for the trial at the present time.
It is also agreed that a new trial date for this cause
should be at least one month from the present trial date of December
9, 1980.
