child, RALPH ADAMS and PATSY ELIZABETH
ADAMS, his wife, and SUMMIT HOME
INSURANCE COMPANY,

ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
This cause, having come on to be heard before this Court
upon the Joint Petition for Order Approving Settlement of a
claim for personal iniuries sustained by WENDY LYNN BUSCH, a
minor, by and through said minor's parents and next friends,
SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH, III, and RITA BUSCH, and SIDNEY TOWNSEND
BUSCH, III, and RITA BUSCH, individually, and the Court having
considered said Joint Petition, and being otherwise duly advised
in the premises, the Court finds:
(a) That WENDY LYNN BUSCH is a minor;
(b) That SIDNEY TOWNSE:~TD BUSCH, III, and RITA BUSCH are
the parents and natural guardians, and the next friends of said
minor ;
(c) That SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH, III, and RITA BUSCH have
been appointed as the legal guardians of the property of WENDY
LYNN BUSCA;
(d) That said minor sustained certain personal iniuries
for which she has a claim. It is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
