1. The Joint Petition for Order Approving Settlement be,
and the same is hereby granted.
2. The settlement of said claim in the total amount of
$25,500.00, $20,000.00 thereof to satisfy the claim of the minor
Plaintiff, WENDY LYNN BUSCH, for all damages she has or may have
as a result of the accident alleged in the Complaint, and the
remaining $5,500.00 to satisfy the claim of the Plaintiffs,
SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH, III, and RITA BUSCH, individually, for
all damages they have or may have as a result of said accident,
be, and the same is hereby approved.
3. The Plaintiffs, SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH, III, and RITA
BUSCH, as the guardians and next friends of the minor Plaintiff,
WENDY LYNN BUSCH, be, and the same are hereby authorized to
execute a full and complete release of their claims and of the
said minor's claim against the Defendants, CHRISTOPHER LEE RIGLER,
a minor child, RALPH ADAMS and PATSY ELIZABETH ADAMS, his wife,
and SUMMIT HOME ItiSURANCE COI4PANY, for the total sum of $25,500.00.
