CHRISTOPHER LEE RIGLER, a minor
child, RALPH ADAMS and PATSY
ELIZABETH ADAMS, his wife, and
SUMMIT HONE INSURANCE COMPANY,
Defendants.
FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on to be heard before the undersigned Judge
of the above-styled Court upon the issues and the record, trial
having been expressly waived by the parties, and the Court finding
that it has jurisdiction over the subject matter and over the
parties, and having received and approved the Joint Petition for
Order Approving Settlement submitted by the parties, and having
approved the settlement for the Plaintiffs, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, this Court finds in favor of the
Plaintiffs and against the Defendants. It is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, WENDY LYNN BUSCH,
a minor, suing by her parents and next friends, SIDNEY TOWNSEND
BUSCH, III, and RITA BUSCH, shall have and recover of and from
the Defendants, CHRISTOPHER LEE RIGLER, a minor child, RALPH ADAMS
and PATSY ELIZABETH ADAMS, his wife, and SU-~iIT HOME INSURANCE
COMPANY, the sum of $20,000.00; and it is further,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH, III, and
RITA BUSCH, individually, shall have and recover of and from the
Defendants, CHRISTOPHER LEE RIGLER, a minor child, RALPH ADAMS
and PATSY ELIZABETH ADAMS, his wife, and SUMMIT HOME INSURANCE
COMPANY, the sum of $5,500.00; and it is further,
