ORDER FOR COLLECTION AND
SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause having come on before this Court and it being
determined by the Court that the Plaintiff, WENDY LYNN BUSCH,
is a minor, whose natural father and next friend is SIDNEY
TOWNSEND BUSCH, III, whose natural mother and next friend is
RITA BUSCH, and that SIDNEY TO~~INSEND BUSCH, III, and RITA BUSCH
have been appointed legal guardians of the property of WE~IDY LYNN
BUSCH; and the Court being otherwise duly advised in the premises,
it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH, III, and
RITA BUSCH, as parents, legal guardians and next friends of
WENDY LYNN BUSCH, a minor, be, and they are hereby authorized
and directed to collect the amounts of the Final Judgment entered
herein against the Defendants, CHRISTOPHER LEE RIGLER, a minor
child, RALPH ADAt4S and PATSY ELIZABETH ADAMS, his wife, and
SU?~Il~iIT HOME INSURAi~TCE COMPANY, and it is further,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH, III, and
RITA BUSCH, be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Satisfaction of Final Judgment and Release, by and on
behalf of the minor Plaintiff, WENDY LYNN BUSCH, and it is further,
