FILE NUMBER: 80-481 CA FINAL JUDGMENT - QUIET TITLE THIS CAUSE came up for final hearing on the ~ day of ~1980,~for an entry of a Final Judgment as provided by the laws of Florida upon the Plaintiffs' Complaint to Quiet Title by adverse possession and a default having been entered in this action against the known and unknown defendants and the Court being fully and further advised on the premises, in considera- tion thereof, it is therefore ORDERED and AATUDGED as follows: 1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the aub3ect matter hereto. 2. That the equities are with the Plaintiffs. 3. That the default judgment entered in this action be and is hereby confirmed, ratified and made absolute. 4.
