superior lien, Lender will send Borrower a notice, in the manner
described in Paragraph 14, which identifies the superior lien
claim. Borrower will satisfy the superior lien or take one of the
actions stated above within 30 days. The 30-day period will begin
on the date the notice is mailed or, if it is not mailed, on the
date the notice is delivered.
By signing this Renegotiable Rate Mortgage Rider, I agree
to all of the above.
