If any installments be not praYptly paid within fifteen (15)
days next after the same beoanes due, then, at the option of the holder
hereof, the full anoint remaining due on this note shall thereupon become
due and payable at once, together with all other indebtedness stipulated
in this note and in the mortgage given to secure the same. All late payments
shall, whether or not the holder of this note declares a default, sha11 bear
a late penalty of four percept (4%) on the payment due at the time said late
payalent i.s made .
Tt~e makers and endorsers of this note fin-ther agree to waive
notice of non-payment, protect and demand for payment, and in the case suit
shall be broug~tt for the collection hereof or the same shall be collected
upon deamld of an attorney, to pay all expenses of such collection, including
a reasonable attorney's fee.
