WHEREAS, HUTCIIINSON ISLAND LIti11TED, INC., a Delaware
corporation authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
called "Mortgagor," by the following described documents granted and conveyed
unto THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, a national banking association,
hereinafter called "Aortgagee" and its assigns, the premises and property therein
particularly described to secure the payment of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned with interest thereon:
1lortgage given by IIUTCIIINSOiv IS1.r1ND LIMITED, INC., as
Mortgagor, in favor of THE FIRST NATIONAL B~'1NK OF CHICAGO, as Mortgagee,
dated June 2, 1980, and filed in Official Record Rook 332, at Page 1703, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original amount of Twelve
Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars (x12,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official Record Book 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contracts recorded in Official Record Book
332, at Page 1735, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in- Official Record
Book 332, at Page 1721, :ill of said documents filed in tl~e Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, aUCC-1 Financing Statement filed tivith the Secretary of State, State of
Florida, on June 16, 1980, under File No. 120?244, between said parties; and
WHEREAS, the said i-lortgage has req~~csted the said \lortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinafter described, being a part of said
1~9ortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and operation of said r~iortgage
and other liens;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the .said Mortgagee, in
consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (;10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor
at ttre time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said
\~lortgagor, its successors and assigns that certain portion of the premises conveyed
by said IViortgage, and other liens referred to above more particularly described as
follows:

PHASE D, a Condominium according to the
Declaration of Condominium recorded July 15, 1980,
in Official Records Book 334, at Page 2451, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, witi- `he appurtenances, unto the
said 1ortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, e?conerat^d and
discharged of and from the lien of said 'lortgage and every part thereof; provided
always, nevertheless that nothing herein contained shall irr anywise imp~~ir, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid ;11or:gage and other liens
referred to above on the remaining property of said mort;;alred premises, not
hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and rernrdics of the holder thereof.
