of the Second Part, heirs and assigns forever, the following described real

of the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, ease-
. menu and other matters of record; however, this reference
shall not operate to reimpose any of the same.

4. The Articles of Incomeoration, By-Laws, and Declaration of

Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit coloration, the

assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's
Association.
