its Cxl)ihits, and budget, sales brochure :-nd floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoinb is essential to the successful operation and n><vrrgement
of the Condominium property and is in the best interests :urd Cor the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in tlrc aforedescrihed Condominium
