Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reaciinl; :uui cxamin:rtion of said Declaration,
its Lxhibits, :.utcl budget, salos brochure :end floor plan, and ac•kno-vledl;es that each and
every prevision of the fotrboittg is essential to the succcssl~trl ol,cration and nk-tnagement
of the Condominium property and is in the best intcresis and for the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescrihed Condominium
covenant and agree to abide by each and every l}rovision of said Declaration of ('.ondominitmr
