4. EXPERT WITNESSES May be called out of turn by either
party.
5. WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the pretrial
conference and names filed with the Clerk will be
permitted to testify, except the parties themselves.
Either party may call any witness listed by any other
party. The parties may make additions to the witness
list until ten (10) days before trial of this cause.
Discovery shall remain open until five (5) days before
trial.
6. PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES. Plaintiff shall have three ~~J
peremptory challenges. ~ Defendantsshall have
three peremptory challenges.
7. JURY INSTRUCTIONS. Proposed jury instructions, each
charge on a separate shett, shall be submitted to
the Court at the beginning of the trial, with copies
to attorneys. Additional jury instructions shall be
submitted no later than at the conclusion of the
testimony.
8. EXERCISE OF CHALLENGE. Outside the hearing of the
jury, in a manner selected by the Court. Rule 1.431(e).
